What's Actually Included

The Process
- Walk-through with homeowner. We confirm scope, identify any pre-existing damage, and discuss any special concerns.
- Landscaping pre-rinse. Plants near the home get wet down before any chemistry is applied.
- Apply soft wash mix. Low-pressure spray of biodegradable solution. The mix kills algae and mildew at the root.
- Dwell time. 5–10 minutes for the solution to work.
- Rinse. Clean water rinse, top to bottom, slow and thorough.
- Landscaping post-rinse. One more rinse to flush any solution out of plant beds.
- Final walk-through. You inspect the work before we pack up.

- Ranch home (1-story): 90 minutes to 2 hours
- 2-story 2,500 sq ft: 2.5–4 hours
- Large 2-story or 3-story: 4–6 hours
